Refund Policy for London Web Studio

1. Introduction

1.1 This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which London Web Studio Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) will provide refunds for web design and related services to our clients (“you” or “client”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation Before Commencement: If you decide to cancel your project before we have started work on it, you are eligible for a refund of the project fees paid, minus any non-recoverable expenses we have incurred (e.g., domain registration fees).

b. Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or our inability to fulfill our obligations, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

3. Refund Process

3.1 To request a refund, you must:

a. Notify us in writing of your request for a refund, specifying the reason for the request.

b. Provide all necessary documentation or evidence to support your refund request.

3.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the event triggering the refund request.

3.3 We will review your request within 5-7 days of receipt and notify you of our decision.

4. Refund Amount

4.1 The refund amount will be determined as follows:

a. If the project is canceled before commencement, you will receive a refund of the project fees paid, minus any non-recoverable expenses.

b. If we are unable to deliver the services, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Denial

5.1 We reserve the right to deny a refund request in the following situations:

a. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

b. Late or incomplete refund requests.

c. Disputes arising from a change in project scope or requirements initiated by the client.
